Our trainers are highly experienced trainers and
facilitators, some with a lifetime spent in training. All are
specialists in delivering the Laterlife
Pre-retirement Courses
and every new trainer we take on goes through a thorough
training and evaluation process. This ensures a consistent high
quality and consistent experience for those attending, which is
reflected in the high feedback scores and comments we receive
from delegates on every course we run.
 Since
we started formally recording feedback results at the start of
2005 we have averaged '98% excellent or good' across all
feedback items and every course and across all trainers, with
the majority being not just good but excellent.
