organisations dismiss the potential and experience of older people but we know of examples
of businesses that positively encourage older candidates and ensure that by criteria and
competency based processes, age is not an issue.
The Directors of D3 consultants have many, many years experience in the
recruitment field and deal with positions from £25k p.a. up to Senior Executive
positions. Bill Brewer has been particularly
involved with the recruitment of the over 50s and prior to the Age
Discrimination Act established a number of
incentive schemes to encourage employers to employ the over 50 age group.
D3 operates exclusively in England, mostly in the South, but also in
the North.
We
cover Career Management in most industry groups but in particular Finance,
Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Project Management, Engineering and all General
